Gosh, I don;t know how your legal system works there. But, t is likely if you have an attorney he has all evidance that has been relevant, or the letters if the otherside got them, or not...then he would ahve you sign a release to get the records and correspondance.

Here in US the IME doctors send their B.S. report to the insurance carrier requesting, and a copy is sent to us and our attorney.

You can always request your medical records for personal use. What if you see a few doctors or want to see a specialist, you want the records. Now one problem inUS i ha dis if the w/c is paying for doc, I ahd problems getting records as they paid for them..any doctors I paid for I got no problems.

It will never hurt to call and ask for a copy of any recent reports sent.

I would call and ask if you could come in and sign a release to have the files contents with correspondance and would there be a cost, That it is for personal use as you keep all records up to date.

What is the worse they can say, no..and if your not being paid for by w/c type payment to him, you should have no trouble getting them..The records, but letters I wonder, if you requested the report sent to the disability, he really should have sent you a c/c in the original mailing....
