I too go to
www.beliefnet.com now and then.
Some things I do include:
1) Writing out positive affirmations. I write a few pages and then take the time to read them over a few times.
2) I have a few books that I really love. I might read a chapter or two for support
3) I tape a positive type religious show that is on Sunday mornings. I always have a few that I can replay when in need.
4) My favorite: I have a book on positive quotations. I will turn to a few different sections. They might include: love, preserverance, support, faith, strength...etc. I will read the wonderful, enlightening quotes handed down through time. There is always much wisdom in them. They always amaze me and give me strength.
5) Some very general things I do: Go to bed early, make sure there are flowers in the home, listen to uplifting music...all things that keep my mind and spirit in a positive place.
