I was wondering if anyone has tried this combination and had any luck? I am prediabetic, walk every day, try (most times) to watch what I eat, and I do take metformin.
I am hoping to find more thoughts on this - Wing42, MrsD (when you return or read this), Rose, and anyone else. Thanks much!
