certainly seems nothing is simple in life; sorry to read about the many complications. not sure i understand why the new Epi dropped you unless it is simply to stay away from lawsuits. i had an Epi once who made me sign (something) that stated that he would see me only if i would wave my rights toward ever using him in a court of law for any reason. it might be worth checking with his office to see if they would see you under those guidelines?

i can only hope you and your son come out of this incident without any further complications.
