I bet work was hard this morning for you.....
UGH!!!!!
I am still getting up early to go to the gym...which is a wonder cause I am not a morning person.
Also wonder if I am started to cycle.....
just got done taking a brisk walk with my sweetie and that felt good. Had a big dinner and felt like we walked it off a bit.
Since joining the gym I have lost 1 pound.....
but I feel better have more endurance and am seeing less cottage cheese on the thighs so that is something!
Have you been to your yoga class?
I need to drink more water!
Do you like to take warm baths to help your achy muscles?
Did your marriage survive the move?
I guess we are ok...still touch and go though....
