I can see I will have fun in Woodman's tomorrow reading all the boxes of Rice Dream! I'll set aside an extra 30 minutes for grocery shopping, and START there so my other food doesn't melt.

Again, this is the complex part of the diet...trying to figure out what processed foods are ok and which aren't! I remember buying, throwing away, buying, throwing away...later finding out it was really ok... or worse yet, that we ate something that wasn't!
