memory and medications
Hello to all
I'm worried about the fact that my immediate memory is very bad: I forget what I was going to do, what I was going to say, what I was wanting to see. I'm taking meds for myasthenia gravis. I asked my doctor about this an he said that probably this is a side effect from one of my medications that I can'not stop to take.
Sometimes I feel that the bad memory is in fact an attention problem - my mind is always going to distant places and I lose many pieces of my day.
Does anyone have this problem? How do you deal with this?
