((((((Bluestone)))))))

Hi, boy, when I had that very badly I found it quite frightening.

I used to feel as if there was a black tunnel that was right behind me and it swallowed up things... I used to not be able to remember what room I had just been in, or where I was going or why.

that was because of hydrogen sulfide that I lived in... but years earlier I had experienced something similar after I'd been on antidepressants, which frightened me in relation to antidepressants after that.

Have you tried Methylcobalamin for B12 replacement at all?

I forgot to check what country you are in, some countries are a little harder to get it in than others.

B12 isn't a dangerous vitamin, so you could take it without worrying.

For sure take notes when you begin taking it, though... or you may not be able to remember what it was like before you had it, to compare with how it is after.

You can see my notes on my web site... they are just little phrases about my symptoms.
