I've had MG for 21 years and I agree that there is some cognitive dysfunction that occurs with the disorder. Most neuros will NOT agree which is very frustrating. However, they have never lived with MG. I suspect most of our memory problems or brain fog comes from our fatigue. So, MG doesn't cause cognitive dysfunction but the resulting fatigue from MG does.

Then, if you have to start taking other meds in addition to mestinon, the side-effects can really play on your memory.

I'm 36 and have to use post-it notes and lists for everything...
