my husband was hurt at work 9 years ago and just got diagnosed with TOS 2 years ago and had his left rib removed and feels alittle better but now the right side has gotten worse. They followed him picking up our children from work. they followed me to work they made our life miserable for 4 years and they tried to starve us out and tried to make us give up our fight. You can't we went through all of his and underlined all the lies and false statements. There were so many We collected all the medical evedince and The w cat had no choice but to side with us. They were acually discusted in how the WCB treated us. They had to back pay us and re instate him but it is not over yet i don't think it will ever be over. don't give up thats what they want. We could not hire a lawyer we could not afford one so my father did it. hang in there
