Default Hearing

Actually, this was my second hearing. The first one, they denied my any type of financial compensation, on the basis that I resigned. Which, I won. The second was scheduled in June, and was postponed at their request. Yesterday, was the actual hearing.
After the hearing I called the Neurosurgeon's office. Spoke with an employee, and explained that I did not think the Insurance Company, or my attorney understood the Chiari, or the effects...especially long term. She stated that I needed a narrative. Wouldn't you think that my attorney would know this?
They also didn't understand that the spinal fluid blockage is causing severe symptoms, or that a tonsilar herniation was a Chiari. Wow....what a mess.
