I think you should see an orthopedic surgeon or a neurosurgeon trained in spinal surgery IMMEDIATELY. Don't wait for an appointment -- go in as an emergency.

This doesn't sound good and it doesn't sound like you should have waited this long for treatment.

I've had many whiplashes (speed-demon ex-husband ) and they were nothing like what you're reporting.

Hugs. Get yourself to the doctor immediately -- go through the emergency ward if you have to. Come back and let us know how you're doing.

Hi Barb,
I have not had a CT Scan as an ortho doc said that my MRI showed to be so clear, it was unlikely that a CT would show anything. I did have an ordinary x-ray of my cervical spine which showed that the bones were all intact. My case is really baffling my G.P. However, I am absolutely convinced that there will be someone that has had or treated these very same symptoms.
