Hi dillypooh,
(and wow, GlennTaj, you have the greatest info! Thanks!)
I've had that happen periodically, but it was somewhat the worst over a decade ago before I began having B12 replacement therapy.
Vitamin B12 is essential for nerve health, and somewhat hard to get enough of if we begin to run low as a result of malabsorption and/or stress.
Have you been experiencing a lot of stress lately?
If I were you I'd take a look at a list of symptoms of low B12, I have a couple lists on my site.
If you find that you are experiencing the symptoms, then if I were you I'd get Methylcobalamin lozenges and begin dissolving them under my tongue every day. (Unless you can get a prescription for injectable B12, which for me has worked more totally and rapidly.)
