Jo, I have a friend who paid to learn how to do this from a professional.
It helped her so much , but she is terminally ill and has at least 6 major diagnosis and is in and out of hospital every month.
She stopped doing it and she keeps getting worse. I haven't done it,
this is my only experience with it. I'll PM you a website with more info.
