Thanks - this is a TERRIFIC brochure on communication etiquette! I'm going to bring it in to work and give it to my Director of Human Resources. Hopefully she will [politely] cram it down the throats of all the managers. It is wonderful, wonderful. Kudos to the folks who put it together.
