Hi sweet mary!! hey, my friend, I am now taking 600 mg. in the morning, 600 mg. in the afternoon and 600 or 700 in the evening! So, I am getting used to this some what! Mary, you mentioned that it makes you real sleepy in the A.M. Ya know, "Your so right"!! OMG I almost fell down my freekin' stairs! LOL My hubby started yelling and saying, get away from the stairs!! LOL.. like I'll never go down/ up them again? LOL I will also remember to take that late morning nap anyway, sweetie I want to thank you ever so much for your nice reply backto me... and Mary..
