I have put my 15 yr old on this diet and she seems to be doing rather well. The understanding gained by reading his website will help you to find your way through this maze. I don't believe it can be something that is told to you, but rather it needs to be a complete understanding as to why it is necessary. I think you will find the support that you need if you research some online groups, such as Yahoo groups. There might be others that I don't know about.
