I've started taking 10mg per day, but it hasn't helped much yet in relieving the nerve pain. It feels like it has actually fired up the nerve endings more, and now I always have pain and tingling in my scalp, whereas it was only happening occasionally there before. I could go up to 20mg, but I know I will be so drowsy all the time, as I was when I took 25mg and more a previous time.
I guess I'll have to give it a bit longer, it has only been 5 days...
