Well I had something like that too, from my repetitive strain injury {which evolved into TOS or maybe TOS all along }
- inside my arm muscles it felt like there was a current, buzzing or vibration running through them. It wasn't painful - just very annoying and kept me from sleeping decently.

My drs looked at me like I was nuts after trying to describe it to each of them.
Plus the fact that it never hurt when they pressed around trying to find sore/tender areas to document.

So anyway- I believe you!!
