Hi Amethyst and Welcome to NT.  I wish I could give you some great advice regarding your pain, but I wanted to tell you that your weight loss is to be applauded.
That's hard to do and you have shown that through will power and sheer determination, it CAN be done.... take care Amethyst and glad to have you with us.
