Hi,
Iwas given capsaiciain cream for occipital neuralgia, 2 tubes, i for 3 wks &then the second stronger one for next 3 wks.
I found it very painful for me but then i think i was rubbing it in to hard & right on the nerve.
I hated it being rubbed into back of head & in my hair too. so never got to the stronger tube.
Just so messy, or femail pride.
