Crazy Brother-in-law's Funeral Tomorrow

Last weekend, we lost my brother-in-law. He OD'd on Methadone, not intentionally, but he didn't have a prescription either. It was very difficult to see him laying there on life support. He went 45 min. without oxygen, and was clinically dead when the ambulance arrived. I can't believe he is gone. It's sort of surreal. I think my sister, niece and nephew are still in shock.

The funeral is tomorrow, and I'm sure it will be a very sad one. He was young (44 yr. old), and had lots of friends. I wrote more about this in Survivor's of Suicide.

After today's events, I'm grieving in another way, due to my mother telling my brother that she didn't want to ever speak to me again. She says I'm the reason for her BP being so high that she had a stroke the other day. I heard all this on the speaker phone, and it crushed me, as well as made me fighting mad!! There were so many lies! It's hard to listen to that crap, and not defend yourself. It wouldn't do any good with her.

It has alot to do with my SSD income, her being my rep. payee, and her mismanagement of my funds. I lived with my parents for a short time, when a roommate situation didn't work out. It was a huge mistake, and the stress was real bad at times. I decided to move to my brothers, who lives in another state. She unleashed on me to everyone, and now I know how she really feels! I wrote more about this in SOS too.

After reading several posts in here, I thought this would be a good place to vent, and possibly learn more about how to deal with all of this. It's so overwhelming, and the tears won't stop. I'm very sad now. Tomorrow isn't going to be easy, but I'm going for my sister and the kids.

It's been a rough day/week~
