Doody, good luck on your GI issues. Between celiac, diabetes, and gastroparesis, I know how tricky it can be to keep the tummy (and everything connected to it) happy.

And thanks for the good wishes. Thought I was finally coming out of the flare from Hades and tried some light housecleaning (no scrubbing), and now I'm back in zombie-land with no one to blame but myself this time.

daisymay, have you tried supplemental calcium/magnesium for the muscle cramps? I take 900mg calcium citrate with 450mg magnesium glycinate daily, and it helps keep my muscle spasms from turning into cramps.

Also, if you get leg/foot cramps that won't let up, soak your lower legs in the tub with the hottest water you can stand with Epsom salts in the water. Gently massage the cramped area under the water until it releases.

fanfaire,
zombie goddess
