Hi : Its two weeks now I am on the guard diet and I am off my the last 25 mgs of mysoline and I am doing great. Once a week I take homeopathy med for the epilepsy. The homeopathy Dr said they could never complelty get me off me off my AEDS because I didn't get treatment when I was first diagnosed at 11. The guard diet enabled me to get off the last 25 mgs of mysoline and it calmed my stomach down . I was having such stomach problems and didn't know why and now my stomach is healing. THE icing on the cake is I don't miss the food and I like the diet.
