I walk up and down 4 flights of stairs with about 4 loads of laundry a day. Also take kids to and from sports, plus work a part time job. I understand what you are saying about going for a walk, but, believe me, I am not sedintary(?) I have a very active life style just not a normal routine. We all do what we can.
