Default Heat

Week 13- Three or four days ago I began slipping backwards and day before yesterday I was back to the state that I was in the last of May just before beginning this experiment - namely almost unable to walk. Having grown fond of functioning all day long I was understandably perturbed. OK, I was within a half day of freakin' out.

But my motto is "Remain calm, it improves your aim." So I thought it through and found the problem. It seems that because of schedules I had been relying on a bottle that I had in the car. Now, around here it has been hitting 100F. So, to cut to the heart of the matter, ginseng loses its punch if it gets too hot. And I am back in the saddle again.

This confirms the symptom relief aspects of this herb. Once again it has taken me from wheelchair material to passing for normal.
