Thanks Daisy and Fanfaire. The gastro is moving my colonoscopy from December to later in September. He wants the flare to subside first. Put me on a steroid but not prednisone. Also gave me Rowasa rectal suspension enemas for at night. *sigh

And my mom had a serious injury. Fell directly on her heel on cement off her porch Friday. The casted her today. She fractured the fibula and calcaneus. Her heel on the right side is fractured into many many pieces. The orthopedist said she'd be in therapy for at least 6 months once she gets out of the cast. (Cast for 3 weeks and then a boot.) I read up on it and fractured heels are really bad news. And she and my 86 year old dad are always very active. This is gonna be hard.

I wanted to respond to you since you were so kind to come in and chat. I'm taking a little break from here for a bit but wanted to respond to you. Me and my family seem to be falling apart and I really need some time away from stress.
