just wanted to let you know that you and family are in my thoughts and prayers

I get that foot pain periodically and always find soaking them in a basin of warm water with a cup of epsom salts dissolved in it really helps to soothe

more for you and sure hope things start getting better for you and that your mom recovers well from the fracture
