I was just here reading another article that olsen had posted and saw this one. There's some other information on this site below about Choline or citicholine. Not sure it's the same type you're taking. I had saved this site ages ago because of some information it had regarding Lecithin and Tourette's Syndrome. Anyway, not sure if it's of any help but here it is...
