I have panic attacks all the time. Its an awful feeling. I always feel so scared, can't breath and I feel like Iam going to die. My Doc told me to do deep breathing. Inhale through your nose and let it out slowly through your mouth. I do it about 10 times. It helps to calm me down. Hope this helps.
