What are you gonna do Jo? Anyone, what are you guys gonna do? We used to do a virtual walk at a specific time. I need some kind of organized something, and I'm not an organizer. I admit it. Does anyone have any kind of exercise plan? I don't have a treadmill though......

I like your eat more veggies and drink more water thinggy. I'm gonna start with that for now, cuz I'm kinda doing ok.....kinda. I'm a snacker. I'm kinda waiting for snack recipes.

Does anyone have anything for a plan? I need to do something, and guess I'm too lazy to do start it.......
