Oh dear, look at that little kitty!
Good idea about going to bed. (I'm staying in bed today.)
I watched a WatchNow movie from Netflix the other day about this French or Italian movie maker who was documenting some of his life in a rather playful way. It was called, Dear Diary.
The first part was a little slow, but the last segment was about how his feet were itching something fierce and he went to the doctor, and then another doctor, and finally all the best dermatologists. None of them agreed, and each prescribed something different, or maybe the same, but MORE.
He says at one point that the film is true to what he recorded in his diary.
At the end, it turns out he has a particular form of cancer that has itching feet as a symptom. So, none of the skin doctors he saw had even remotely caught that.
Which of course leads me to why I think it's good to do some things like Epsom salts soaks and B12 and reduction of sugar... even if the expert doctors we are seeing aren't telling us to add those things to our daily schedules.
