Your B12 is not high at all! In fact, if you have symptoms it is
especially suspect as a false normal. If proper tested won't be done immediately, I would start loading up on B12 (the methylcobalamin form if you are in the US or other country where it is available). If I could be properly tested immediately, I would wait until walking out of the lab to begin my B12.

Also, although the thyroid is probably fine, it would be good to have T4 and T3 tested, if it hasn't been already. Check out Mary Shomon's thyroid site on the web if you haven't already.
