is there a list of excitotoxins? i got the aspartane, msg, and hdrolived veg protien. what about various drugs? although it sounds like this group of substances are types of food stuff and not drugs, like speed.
i could follow, pretty well, how the neurons get excited but i dont get how some is good of something but more is bad. for something as common as glutamate our metabolism should be able to regulate it.
