HI Levy,

Welcome. I agree with AMN that you need to get a doc who is interested in figuring out why this is happening.

Please make sure that she stays hydrated and plenty water. The salt advice is not bad advice but first and foremost they need to figure out why this is happening.

The reference to salt would be related to adrenal disease. Did they give her some saline (salt water) intravenously at the hospital? Did she feel better?

Do you have the blood tests from the hospital. Make sure you get copy. Look at the sodium and potassium levels. If the sodium is under 140 or lower and the potassium is over 4.0 they are out of whack meaning her electrolytes were probably off which can affect blood pressure.

Please try to find a doctor who can monitor her and will help figure this out. If it is related to adrenal disease you are best off seeing an endocrinologist. Also probably not a bad idea to see a cardiologist too.
