I think I'm a bit lactose intolerant - cottage cheese
I do like yogurt and eat it on & off.
But I think I'll get my healthy eating books out and set them on my desk- so i'll get some extra inspiration too.
janster - maybe we can flog each other to get in gear!
OK- my plan for tomorrow - get my books out
aim to drink 3 big glasses of water
prepare carrot sticks & califlower for snacking
Oh and yoga/floor/pilate type exercises for 20 minutes everyday
does that sound like a good start?
