Heart

I didn't realize that you had the nose bleeds too. I was never sure they were from low B12, except they went away if I had an extra shot.

Now when I get a nose bleed I know it's a sign that my B12 is low again. (Or maybe I should say, I think I know it's low again.)

The stress is a killer.

B12 is a life saver.

This is what I just wrote on another forum:

The numbers in the brackets show where in the record to look for the inf.

Because at the end of the hearing on March 8th the judge said my version of things did not match the record, which is patently false, I know that his impartiality can reasonably be questioned. (To say the least)

Lawyers tell people not to talk about cases so as not to reveal something the lawyer wants to prevaricate about...

I put the real dates down repeatedly, and the record shows those real dates.

But the judge supported a lie in order to punish me for filing my ADA, Title II case in federal court against the head judge.

So I think there is a good chance my appeal is doomed for the same reason.

And that is what makes it so hard to do this.

When I did my Chapter 11, there were usually at least three lawyers there opposing me.

I won against them at times. I won a $23,000 settlement from one lawyer.

So I know that if someone follows the rules and the court is impartial and follows the law that they can win if the facts and law are on their side.

The facts and law have been on my side in the state court, but I have not been able to win.

That is what freaks me out.
Being freaked out is sooooo stressful.
