Lightbulb suggestion...

I would definitely use Vit C in a delayed release formula...to get better daily
values (you will excrete it less quickly).

I buy mine at Puritan's Pride.
Another brand for the Vitamin D that is good is NatureMade..for vitamin D3 that is.

At age 65--- in fact starting around 50 (or sooner for some) all people should be taking an oral B12 supplement. This is a new recommendation from NIH among others.

There is some evidence that Calcium from foods is better absorbed and utilized.

We do alot of yogurt in this house. I like the smoothies by Dannon and Stoneyfield.

Start with 500mg of Vit C in delayed formula. Vit C will acidify the urine, and if you take too much it might interfere with
some other prescription medication excretion thru the urine. It should be stopped for a few days before any tests for
blood sugar as well.
