that's my dose, too. I take it for epilepsy. I hear ya about being outdoors. I was outback fixing the septic tank yesterday with Dh,...we live in Florida...blech...and good Lord Jelly beans...I almost DIED. it was so bloody hot. I sat down in my chair, and saw stars....my kids are on it too...I worry about my son, he races motorcross. I dont know how he does it. Luckily, he drinks like a fish. We had to pull my DD off of it becasue of renal tubular acidosis.

Maybe a lemon with some crushed ice in it. And a party umbrella...and a visiual of being on a cruise ship might help some~
