If I'm low in magnesium, my heart flutters.
I supp. with citrate and notice a difference. Also, I only drink coffee on the weekends now because I notice that I get the heart flutterings if I drink it for more than 3 days in a row and don't supp. my magnesium.
Later, I researched in and, sure enough, there are links between heart behaviour and magnesium.
