TOS= muscles spasm of scalenes and many surrounding muscles....you likely have some amount of dystonia as well.

When the nerve is compromised, the muscles tense up to form a protective sheath around the nerve...hence: muscle spasm.

that is why muscle relaxers and hot baths help.

There are also several good doctors here in LA, if that is easier travel than denver.

You can get the Sharon Butler book on TOS, it is a good starting point for exercises that may help your TOS if not progressed too far.
