Started hurting before bed. It's 2:45am and it woke me up. It hurts like heck. I'm going to take Tylenol PM and go to doctor when I wake back up.
I took pic yesterday shortly after my post, I'll attach it. It's my right/your left. It's now more swollen to the center and up the right area of my neck.
How weird!!
