Hi. Thank you for your reply. Well I can walk now up to 15 minutes but a bike there is no way cause my inner ankle and that movement. I'm in Ca not sure if I will stay. I feel confused on how the weather effects. I do have such random systoms. I will say I seem to ache in the cold and the snow and staying in is hard on the mental. Yet being away from my mom is so hard during this. Regardless its just for the winter but my coping is not good yet being at home in the cold doesn't make me comfortable. I so know what you mean about the blocks of ice. Once mine get cold they never warm like no circulation.My pain control docs are still finding the right treatment. I have a ? has anyone had to see a psychiatrist before a pain doc? At one I was suppose to see they were going to make me and I don't get why. I already know I have mental issues but my pain is seperate. Thanks again.
