Of course you have to step in; I would not have expected otherwise.
I am not asking you to prove that RSD is caused by a traumatic nerve injury, I am asking the "experts" to prove what they claim. I am saying that if you insist that this is the result of a nerve injury, and insist that I must be wrong, you should provide some evidence supporting your view or contradicting mine. I am still waiting for someone to do that.
I can't prove that RSD is an IRI: I argue that it is, and offer a great deal of evidence that supports this view, but my goal is to persuade others to investigate IRI for themselves and reach their own conclusions...Vic
