I just found out that I've been driving around since June with no insurance coverage on my car!!!
Somehow i totally missed seeing the bill
and the online email notice
and the cancellation notice!!
I really don't think I was the one that messed up - but maybe?
We have been with same agent/ins co for a long time - how could they not call and verify that we wanted to drop a policy???
anyway been tracking down info, bank statements and writing a letter to my agent this morning.
got the office gal to write a new policy but cost is 100.00... more every 6 months than it was before.
So asking agent if she can intervene and get cost back where it was - and why no call to us to verify cancellation??
