We are in NY City on vacation and I must say that 9-11 was still gut wrenching after all these years. We went to a memorial ceremony in a church near the grounds of the "hit"... a class of young school children, walking down Church St. singing.."I believe in Music." ~sigh

The security here is incredible...impossible to forget this anniversary, not that we ever could but being here, and seeing the "hole" and hearing the names of those lost...it's just so terribly sad.
