ITs been cool here today too. I'm trying to be a good girl and eat more
salt as I've been instructed by my doctor. That is not a easy task.

Because I don't like salt. But I'm doing the best I can, the other part
of the requirement is to drink, drink and drink now that i'm having no
problem with. I was already doing that.

So I just keep working away on that.

I am working to make sure I stick to the diet, not losing any weight, but
trying my best to not gain much.
