about 40 miles to major airport

haven't seen a lizard since 1984

about 5 hrs to coast line

20 min. to Mountains, and I do mean beautiful mmountains

4 large lakes and at least 1 small one near by

Can't remember what else you wanted, but

ah yes, weather generally perfect, not too hot, no too cold.

every few years we may have a snoe, but it doesn't linger
