Hi. Just a caution to watch out for side effects with all meds.
Prochloperazine (Stemetil in Australia) can cause Parkinsonism as a side effect.
I was sent to a Neurologist after stumbling and dribbling and was amazed to find this common anti nausea tablet the cause.

Also it's a good idea not to asume that mesa and/or pain are the cause. Vestibular problems such as vertigo can also cause this. I got RSD after a fall in which I hit my head a number of times. You can get benign positional; vertigo from a head knock (other ways as well). This can cause constant nausea.
