Default Recurrant head injurys

I'm rather foggy now, but wanted to address this issue. I had more injuries from falls down stairs, yesterday; was knocked out for less than 10 minutes. Ended up at ER -trauma unit. Tests conducted "negative" --which basically means no brain bleed or other "obvious" severe injuries-(besides the brusies, cuts, scrapes, etc)
.
After patching up wounds & given IV & pain med , I was sent home, w/ no instructions; no orders or suggestions for f/u (follow up) .... but perhaps they assume since I have HX (history) of head/brain injury, I should know the drill....

I've had several minor head injuries but am concerned, per research, that recurrant head injury can be disastrous, and for some when occurs fefore brain heals, are fatal--SIS-Second Impact Syndrome.

I don't feel "recovered" from last TBI-traumatic brain injury- 9 mths ago.-- which was dx'd (diagnosed) PCS-Post concssive syndrome.
I've had periods of improvements then regression, more downs than ups.... and now feel much worse in all ways....

these new head injurys, from falls or "drop attacks" --initially thought seizures began after I was hit by car 10+ yr ago, but tests ruled out. there are so many kinds of seizures, as well as other Neuro issues that can occur following brain njury. Can all be detected by few tests done, esp the limited basics done in ER/trauma units??? is there more advanced testing, that may show or hint at my problems?

I've seen many DR's--Rehab "brain injury specialists", neurologists... none have even agreed on what my problem or Dx (diagnosis) let alone treatmts.
I understand I do present comples Hx (history) and variety of symptoms....
including chronic pain (severe headaches, & more pain that seems to be Central Nervous system dysfunction)

Falls & resulting injury esp. to head, are worrisome, stressful--when may next occur?? can it be prevented? How do I heal when I keep injuring self.
I don't know what to do...perhaps wait til one is serious enough to warrant intervention or get & wear helmet as was suggested by ER doc who did seem to understand when he said "you can't continue to injury your head/brain...."

I"m losing my thoughts now... know there was something else I wanted to address about recurrant head/brain injury... but not recalling what now...

will try to recompose & post later, if can... it's hard writing, thinking, and ongoing problems w/ computer connections has made posting probem.

I guess I just needed to reach out to others who've been thru , or get some suggestions, advice, or info....

tho traumatic brain injurys are common, medical professionals still seem to know so little, about so called "mild" TBI....
